At 8:38 PM the Cincinnati Fire Communication Center received a telephone call reporting a structure fire at 1553 Knox Street in Cumminsville. Initial fire units encountered a two-story residential building fully involved in fire. It took approximately one-hour before the fire was brought under control.
A fire investigator was called to the scene to assist with fire determination. This was a vacant residential structure. The cause of this fire was listed as “Undetermined”. Damage is estimated at $40,000.00 dollars. Photograph - Bill Strite
